DIVE Northampton will not pass on any of your information to any other company at all unless required to do so by law or to facilitate the certification process with your chosen training agency.
The information we hold about you will be stored on our computers and your details will be automatically added to our mailing list as a primary means of communication throughout your training or time with the Club. We will seek your consent to this when booking a course or joining the Club. As we have obligations to retain data for at least 7 years after any training has elapsed, we will retain your data for at least 7 years after the date of your last training episode. After this point, we will remove your data on request.
If you want us to remove you from our mailing list, simply reply accordingly to any email received with REMOVE in the subject line from the email account you wish removing.
If you believe that any of the data we hold is incorrect, wish to discuss the data we hold or make a complaint, please email our Data Protection Officer, Andy Hillier, on [email protected]
